The target demographic that both the team and EEG want the most exposure to those who enjoy hockey and gaming. This should not be a big challenge because NBA 2K tournaments have gained a big audience over the years, and will continue to grow year by year.

Business Operations of MSG Sports, Vice President, Dan Fleeter, stated, “Over the last few years, we’ve hosted dozens of amateur esports tournaments with our esports organization CLG, which have been incredibly well received and we can’t wait to expand on this with the Rangers.”

EEG will also work with the Rangers organization to create videos for all the different types of digital platforms the team is involved in. Each tournament will have numerous prizes to engage those involved, which will include Rangers merchandise and memorabilia.
